Bio

My name is Bianca O’Neal, born in New Jersey, raised in Brooklyn, New York. I completed my high school years at Norcross High, located in Norcross, GA. I graduated from East Georgia State College with my Associates and transferred to Voorhees University, successfully graduating with a bachelor’s degree in sports management. Post-graduation I had the chance to play professional women’s basketball on the West Coast (WABA). Our designated home court was located at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, New Mexico. However, during my undergraduate tenor, I’ve worked numerous of youth camps and served as the Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach along with the Student Activities Coordinator at Denmark Technical College. Furthermore, I held the Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach as well as the Wellness Center Supervisor at Tallahassee Community College located in Tallahassee, Florida. In my previous season, I spent my time at Regent University where I held the Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach position. Most currently, I am enrolled in my master’s program at Liberty University eager to earn my sports management with the concentration of coaching and athletic administration degree.

Simultaneously, I am excited to be a part of the Kentucky Christian University’s athletic department, titled as the Head Women’s Basketball Coach, whereas I feel entirely grateful for the opportunity to instill my knowledge and passion to each student athlete utilizing the game of basketball. Furthermore, I believe with the constant support from KCU, I trust that I will continue to fulfil my purpose within the sporting industry. I am a firm believer in success begins at the end of your comfort zone. My goal is to ensure each student athlete enters the program with thoughts of success and exits the program with dreams turned into reality. I stand as a proud daughter, granddaughter, sister, and a friend to many, in the bible, it states, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with your mind and with all your strength”, (Mark 12:30). For the love of God is at the center of our purpose, I know that we all will continue to grow in faith.
