Ben Hargrove serves as the Sports Information Director and Assistant Athletic Director at Kentucky Christian University, where he began his journey in athletics by working in the program as a student assistant. In this role, Ben is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of athletic programs, supporting the coaching staff, coordinating events, and ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory guidelines.

A native of Sturgis, Kentucky, Ben played baseball for Union County High School before continuing his athletic career at Kentucky Christian University. There, he earned a degree in business administration with a concentration in sports management and a minor in criminal justice. During his time as a student, Ben was a standout student-athlete, competing in baseball and golf for four years. His firsthand experience as a collegiate athlete gives him a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities student-athletes face, making him a passionate advocate for their success.

With a strong business, sports management, and criminal justice foundation, Ben combines academic expertise with practical experience in sports administration. At Kentucky Christian University, Ben is known for his strong leadership, commitment to student-athlete success, and dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive athletic environment. He works closely with coaches, staff, and students to promote excellence both on and off the field.

Beyond his administrative responsibilities, Ben is passionate about golf and enjoys giving baseball lessons to youth in the community, using his experience to inspire and develop the next generation of athletes. His vision is to continue elevating the athletic experience at Kentucky Christian University and to help student-athletes achieve their highest potential.
