WBB Drops Decision at Bryan

Dayton, TN - The Lady Knights basketball traveled to Bryan College to open play following the fall semester. As part of an Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) men’s and women’s basketball doubleheader, the women took the floor first but were not up to the task as they lost 44-68 to the AAC’s 2^nd place team.

The Lions held a slim 3-pt lead going into halftime only to post a +15-pt third period to essentially put the game away.

KCU was led in scoring by Abby West’s 12 pt./5 reb. effort including two 3-pters. Jada Higgins added nine points and seven rebounds while Lakyn Adkins had a team-high nine rebounds.

Who's Up Next

KCU will return home to play Columbia International University on Thursday. The women’s game is set for 5:30 PM.
