Lady Knights Earn Home Win against Lourdes

Grayson, KY - The KCU women’s basketball team took on the Gray Wolves of Lourdes University tonight on Ron Arnett Court in the Damron Hall of Champions. When the final horn had sounded, the Lady Knights had grabbed a 69-61 win.

Four Knights reached double-digits with Lakyn Adkins leading the way. She posted 15 points and eight rebounds, both team highs as well as two made 3’s and a steal. Just behind her was Jasmine Flowers’ 14-point (3 3pters) / seven-rebound performance with three assists and a blocked shot.

Rounding out the double-figure scorers, the duo of Ragan Adkins and Jada Higgins had 13 pts each. The two combined for six rebounds, five assists, five steals and three blocks.
